JonOne – born John Andrew Perello in 1963 – started out tagging “Jon 156” on trains and walls in upper Manhattan and founded the crew 156 All Starz in 1984. In 1987 the French writer Bando invited him to Paris, where he swapped subway cars for canvas and became one of the best-known names of graffiti-based abstract painting, with dense, dripping calligraphy in bright colour.

This page collects his official site, murals and public works you can visit from Paris and Lille to Rabat and Incheon, current and recent exhibitions, museum shows, galleries that sell his work, auction results, articles, books, videos, related artists and JonOne items on eBay.
